I’m a big believer in wearing a shell. I run warm so I don’t need a super warm ski parka. Karbon makes an excellent shell named the 3L Legend. I wear a medium and the fit and length are just right and amazing. Karbon makes their own materials for their outerwear. The shell is made of Karbonite material which is a waterproof breathable fabric and is waterproof rated at 15000. The shell has a nondetachable powder skirt, pit zips, a perfectly sized helmet hood and plenty of well placed pockets. It’s an affordable jacket from a Canadian company. The shell has enough space for layering and can be used on the harshest days. Paired with the Karbon Nitrogen full zipped pant, you will be well protected in any weather.
