Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive tracking information and be able to track your package.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all credit cards in store & online. You can check out online using your ApplePay, ShopPay or AmazonPay.

In addition, you can buy now and pay later with ShopPay if you prefer to make installment payments at time of purchase. Only available on our website. 

Where are you located?

We are located at 195 Daniel Webster Hwy, Nashua NH 03060.  Full service Ski & Board shop one hour north of Boston.  

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will process a refund once your item has been received back in the store and inspected.


What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional charge.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in the US. You can call/contact us for special shipping needs. Expedited shipping.

Seasonal Leases

When are leases due back?

April 15th

When are leases sized/picked up?

Leases can be picked up anytime once we open for the season the second week of August, the skier or boarder will be sized for equipment at the time of pickup. No appointment needed.

Do I need an appointment for my lease?

No! There is no appointment necessary.

Do I have a choice of equipment?

We can provide accommodations to the best of our ability however we cannot guarantee any specific equipment pieces. We recommend coming in to be sized before the end of October for the best selection.

Do I have the option to buy out my leases?

There is an option to purchase the New Adult Lease packages for an additional $199 at the end of the season.

Shop work & Tunes

Do I need to make an appointment to get my skis/board tuned? 

No appointment needed. Walk-ins welcome.

How long will it be until I pick up my skis/board? 

Our standard turnaround time is a week for tunes. However, we will make every effort to get your skis tuned for that last minute Tahoe trip you booked.

How will I know when my tune is finished?

You will receive one automated email from us for each pair of skis/board  that are finished.

How do I know which tune to select?

Our experts/techs in the shop will help you determine which tune will be best.

How often should I have my ski bindings tested?

At least once a year since walking in your boots causes wear,  bindings can become contaminated, and things like weight  and ability may change.  A binding adjustment is usually $30 but if you have it done with a tune up the price is only $20.
