Volkl Mantra M6 2022
The new all-mountain benchmark, the Volkl M6 Mantra. The Mantra M6 is the ski to master everything from powder to ice. New innovations on the 6th generation start with the 3D sidecut. 3D Radius design means that the skis feature a blend of three different sidecut radii, with a long radius around the tip / shovel, a shorter radius around the middle of the ski, and a long radius around the tail. The end goal of this is the ability to make a wider variety of turn shapes, without losing the precision and engagement needed for tighter turns on piste, or the ability to smear / feather turns off piste. Mantra M6 has new way of arranging the Titinal Frame metal sections that follow the ski shape in the tip and tail, with a new carbon strand inlay in the tip. This intricate construction is lighter in weight, with the same damping properties as a full sheet of metal. This new M6 Mantra will set a new performance standard for all mountain free ride skis.

Titanal is a high-tech aluminium alloy that delivers smoothness, great dampening, direct power transfer and stability, resulting in a very powerful and precise ski. The Titanal Frame is integrated along the sidewall and into tip and tail area of the ski providing the stability and dampening that every experienced skier expects, at the most critical spots on the tip and tail of the ski. A second thinner Titanal layer under the binding delivers strength to the ski and allows a soft flex in the mid-body. Additionally, it provides binding screws with the most reliable hold even in the toughest conditions. Due to this highly complex construction skiers experience a previously unknown combination of liveliness and high speed stability.
Carbon Strand Tips
Tip material layup for high reliability/stability at the lightest possible weight.
Direct and strong power transmission with full length sidewalls.
Multi Layer Wood Core
The combination of beech and poplar results in an extremely durable wood core composed of hard wood in the binding area and lighter wood surrounding it.
