Description

The Line Sir Francis Bacon continues it's departure from the tired ski designs and ordinary ski trails. It's purpose has remained simple; turn every trail whether groomed, ungroomed, or unmarked, into a freestyle heaven. With it's twin tip shape, ample rocker, and spoon shaped convex tip and tail, catching an edge will soon be a distant memory and you'll be freer than ever to butter, spin, and flip off any feature you can find. The rocker and convex tip and tail when paired with the Bacon's 107 mm width make it nearly impossible to sink in fresh snow leaving no obstacles on the mountain, only opportunities.

Details

Convex Base: Vivid convex shaping in the tip and tail nearly erase this ski's risk of catching an edge in the powder as well as dramatically increases surface area to float no matter the snow depth.

Fatty Base & Edge: Industry best, extra thiccc 2.5mm edge and 1.7mm base. Pretty self explanatory, do you want those normal thin and wispy ski constructions?

Partly Cloudy Core: Blend of Maple and Paulownia wood core. Dense maple is rigid and adds durability and grip to the lightweight and energetic Paulownia wood. This combination creates an astounding strength to weight ratio.

Thin Tip: Thinned out core and sidewall in the tip and tail cut down swing weight and create progressive flex for playful feel.
