Description

The K2 Mindbender 99TI Skis' second generation is every freerider's new best friend. The redesigned Titanal Y-beam has been meticulously shaped to keep the lighter weight aspen core as composed as ever; 25 mph feels just as intuitive as 60. However the genius of this new metal magic will be apparent when you duck off trail and feel just how stable this ski is yet how effortless it is to feather in an out of turns, smears, slarves, and whatever the terrain dictates. The 99mm waist has a nose for deeper stashes in the woods and those Nor'easters we call in sick for, but it packs more than just fair weather skiing. Damp and stiff in all the ways you need to blast down your favorite groomer, yet light and playful enough to dart between your favorite glade or mogul run. The Mindbender pushes the limits of what's possible in an All-Mountain Ski.

Details

Titanal Y-Beam: Shape and size optimized metal laminate. Titanal is placed directly on the front edges of the ski for powerful grip and stability, transitioning into a full sheet underfoot for maximum power transfer, finally the titanal tapers in the tail to allow smooth pivoting while remaining stable.

Powerwall: ABS sidewall, oversized and integrated into pockets of the wood core. Linking the core of this ski to its stiff sidewall more directly gives this ski maximum power transmission edge to edge and a razor precise feel.

All Terrain Rocker: Long and progressive rise in the tip for float in the fresh snow and easy turn initiation, camber underfoot for effortless grip, and a low short rise in the tail for added versatility
