Proctor Ski & Board- Commitment to safety: All new measures

Since we last saw you, many things have changed, including our safety measures and protocols. We know that things got confusing for everyone, we’ve doubled our efforts to meet all your new expectations, and welcome you back into our ski store in Nashua for a new season on Monday August 10, 2020.  

We’ve implemented new safety measures and protocols in our store to deliver the safest experience possible in these times of uncertainty.  And we count on you as well; each of us play an important role in making our store a safe experience for us all.

Proctor Ski & Board's so proud of its online and offline community of passionate skiers and riders, sharing the same ethics and love for winter sports.

UPDATES ON OUR HEALTH & WELLNESS PRACTICES

1- Masks/face coverings are required by everyone, staff and customers, in the store. 

2- Encouraging social distancing for a safer experience browsing and checking out all our new ski and snowboard brands and gear.

3- Shields installed at checkouts and additional measures employed to help ensure proper social spacing.

4- Enhancing air quality by installing the Lifebreath ERV system that filters air in our store. The main exhausting air tube will be in the boot fitting area, usually the most dense. 

5- New credit card machines that are used by customers only and wiped down after every transaction. Customers will be able to take their own receipts directly from the machine. 

6- Hand-sanitizing stations located throughout the store.

7- UV wand to disinfect gear stocked in the store.

UPDATES ON OUR CLEANING & DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS

1- Our staff receive ongoing training on cleaning protocols and are provided with disinfecting kits.

2- Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces routinely.

3- Restrooms will be disinfected after every use. Special disinfecting products purchased from Wintersteiger.

4- Cleaning and disinfecting dressing rooms, stools and fitting areas routinely.

UPDATES ON OUR BOOT FITTING & DRESSING ROOMS

1- New stools for boot fitting are to ensure proper social distancing. 

2- No try-on socks available for boot fitting at this time. Bring your own or buy one in store.

3- Lease and boot fitting may be done outside in a tent in good weather.

4- Only one dressing room will be open for customers.

UPDATES ON OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICIES 

1- For a refund, all items purchased in-store and online can be returned for up to 15 days from date of purchase. All items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging with manufacturer hangtags. 

2- For a store credit, all items purchased in-store and online can be returned up to 30 days date of purchase. All items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging with manufacturer hangtags.

3- In compliance with current state laws, all ski snowboard masks, and face and neck coverings, goggles, helmets and/or any other gear or equipment that is worn directly by the face CANNOT be returned until further notice.

4- ALL returned and/or tried-on equipment and clothing will be placed in a separate room and treated with new Ultra violet light that kills the virus.

UPDATES ON ORDERS & SHIPPING

1- Phone and/or online orders are available.

2- Phone and/or online orders can be shipped for free or picked up locally in store.

3- Curbside pick-up available when requested. Make sure to inform us ahead for us to prepare and schedule the pick up.

If you feel sick or have any symptoms similar to COVID-19 listed by CDC, please stay home and use the phone or our website for your orders. All phone and online orders will be fulfilled in accordance with the safety measures implemented in store and followed by our team.
