Volkl Kenja 88 Skis 2021 | Women
Description
The Volkl Kenja 88 is an ultra-versatile all-mountain women's ski that is ideal for a multitude of different ability levels. With a three radius sidecut, this ski adapts to long or short turns at a variety of speeds - so it is more than just a one-trick-pony. With rocker tip and tail, this ski is agile and easy to initiate turns on while handling off-piste lines with ease and confidence. The Titanal Frame adds extra power and stability, so this ski can run hard if you want it to, and the Carbon Tips reduce the swing weight to allow tighter skidded turns and changes in direction. Great for a variety of skiing styles and abilities.

Titanal Frame
Titanal is a high-tech aluminium alloy that delivers smoothness, great dampening, direct power transfer and stability, resulting in a very powerful and precise ski. The Titanal Frame is integrated along the sidewall and into tip and tail area of the ski providing the stability and dampening that every experienced skier expects, at the most critical spots on the tip and tail of the ski. A second thinner Titanal layer under the binding delivers strength to the ski and allows a soft flex in the mid-body. Additionally, it provides binding screws with the most reliable hold even in the toughest conditions. Due to this highly complex construction skiers experience a previously unknown combination of liveliness and high speed stability.
Carbon Tips
Tip material layup for high reliability/stability at the lightest possible weight.
Full Sidewall
Direct and strong power transmission with full length sidewalls.
3D Radius Sidecut
Three radii in one ski shape deliver maximum versatility - long radii at the tip and tail for stability and smoothness, and a short radius in the mid-body allows the skier to switch from long arcs to short turns at will, at any speed.
Multi Layer Wood Core
The combination of beech and poplar results in an extremely durable wood core composed of hard wood in the binding area and lighter wood surrounding it.
Best for & Options
Women that like to ski lots of days in whatever the weather brings us. Great north-eastern ski.
